The purpose is to show beginner/ intermediate level intro series to multiple aerial apparatuses ( Straps, Cube, Pole, Silks, Lyra) . Basic tricks that relate and translate over to multiple apparatuses. This sampler gives someone new /curious the opportunity to see and experience aerials in a fun way.

The second week of the workshop will show different tricks and concepts. Whether you went to the first week or not, this does not prevent you from coming to the second week material.

Before you show:
Please don’t wear any jewelry (this will tear aerial material)
Bring a pair of shorts and legging/ sweats. ( shorts for pole so you can grip with your legs)
Bring a small hand towel (pole)

This is donation based with a suggested 5$ donation
