The purpose is to show curious aerialist or calisthenics focused people what pole is about. How tricks are similar or transferable. Conditioning concepts , strength and flexibility tools pole has to offer.

The second week of the workshop will show different tricks and concepts. Whether you went to the first week or not, this does not prevent you from coming to the second week material.

Before you show:
Please don’t wear any jewelry (this will scratch up the pole)
Bring a pair of shorts and legging/ sweats. ( shorts for pole so you can grip with your legs)
sweats to stay warm
Bring a small hand towel

This is donation based with a suggested 5$-10$ donation
